finely diced cucumber - 1 cup
yellow split moong dal - 1/2 cup
green chillie- 1
coriander leaves - 1 spoon
hing - 1 pinch
salt to taste
lemon juice - 1/2 spoon
for tadka mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
grated coconut - 1 spoon
soak the moong Dal for abt 30mts .. drain of excess water . add all other remaining items and tadka with mustard seeds.. ur yummy salad is ready.. u can also add grated carrot,cut mango pieces (P.s i didnt have them when i prepared so didnt add it ..) it will taste yummy spply for this hot Summer its a must !!!!!
