white pumpkin (diced)- 1 cup
yellow pumpkin(diced)- 1 cup
green gram (preferably sprouted)- 1/2 cup
long beans - (cut into 1inch length) - 1/2 cup
grated coconut - 1/2 cup
green chillies- 2
coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves
p.s i didn't have long beans so didn't use it while preparing olan.
in a vessel add all the vegetables and green gram and enough water and bring it to boil
cook till the veggies are done and soft,in the meantime grind the coconut and green chillie to fine paste.
once the veggies are cooked strain of the excess water,mix the coconut-green chillie paste and add 1/4 tsp coconut oil ur olan is ready!!!
