jaggery grated - 1 cup
raw mango sliced - 1 cup
neem flower fresh - 1 tsp
salt to taste
mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
methi seeds- 1/2 tsp
ghee- 1/2 tsp
mix water with jaggrey and keep aside
in a pan add mango pices and add lil water and let it boil till mangos turn soft,now add the jaggery water and let it boil.in a pana dd lil ghee add musturd seeds,methi seeds and neem flowers and add this to boiling mango-jaggery water,let it boil for another 2 mts and manga pachadi is ready.
we do this for tamil new yrs day
