cleaned and chopped bindhi - 1 cup( 1/2 an ich long )
oil- 2 tsp
salt to taste
lemon juice- 1 tsp
grind to paste:
onion - 1
red chillie powdr - 1/2 tsp
jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder- 1/2 tsp
In a kadai add the oil ,then the ground paste,when the oil leaves the side add the bindi and mix well.cook till bindis are done and squeeze a lime and switch off the stove.
yummy bindi masala is ready..
