Aaarachu vita sambhar

 Aaarachu vita sambhar 

 this is the spl sambhar which goes well with idly, dosa  or just sambhar rice 

ingredients:

 pressure cooked and mashed thuvar dhal - 1 cup
 cooked mixed veggies like carrot ,beans,capsicum ,small onion,drumstick,pumpkin etc...)
imly  lemon size.. soaked in abt 2- 3 cups of water .. squeeze  and collect the imly water ... 
salt to taste
hing 1/4 tsp

 1- onion
1-tomato
 dhaniya - 2 spoon
chenna dhal - 1 spoon
urudh dhal 1 - spoon 
red chillies - 5 or 6..

coriander leaves  and curry leaves for garnishing and flavouring
 for seasoning mustard and menthi seeds - 1/2 tsp each..


 now   add a lil oil i a pan  and fry the dhaniya,urudhdhal,chenna dhal and red chillies  till Golden brown .. make a paste with onion and tomato..



now boil the imly water with salt and hing for 5-7 mts ..
then add cooked veggie, ground paste along with a tsp of sambhar powder.. let it boil..add curry leaves and coriander leaves ... tadka some mustard seeds and menthi seeds and ur sambhar is done.........
