easy schezwan rice

Ingredients:

 long grain rice     -1 cup 
carrot ,beans,cabbage,capsicum(diced) - 1 cup
green peas(cooked) -1 /4 cup
onion - 1 diced
tomato- 1 diced 
panner cubed - 1/2 cup
 oil or butter - 1 tsp
soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
vinegar - 1/2 tsp 

grind to paste:
red chillies- 4
green chillies- 2
garlic pods- 5
ginger - 1 inch 



clean and soak the basmathi rice in water for 3 mts.drain the water and keep the rice aside.

in a kadai add oil or butter ,let it melt then add onion,fry till  pinkish,then add tomato and cook for another few mts.then add all the veggies and mix well,add panner cubes ..  in the mean time  grind  a fine paste of ingredients under the column:grind to a paste" and mix with soy sauce and vineger ,mix this with the veggies add  11/2 part of water and let it boil,mix the rice and add enough  salt


now transfer it the contents in to a rice cooker or a normal pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistles and switch off .. ur garam garam hot schezwan rice is ready....




serve hot ...
