Ingredients:
 processed rice flour - 1 cup
  urdudh dhal powder - 1 tsp(dry roast it and make a fine powder)
butter - 1 tbsp
hing 1/4tsp
red chillie powder - 1/2tsp - 1 tsp 
salt to taste
ground nuts - 1 tbsp.
 oil for deep frying
processing the rice flour:
 soak raw rice for abt 10mts ,drain and spread it in a towel,let it dry and  give it in flour mill and make a nice powder of it, now dry roast this powder in a kdai  for abt 2 mts.sieve it 
 now mix all the ingredients and make a chapati dough consistency. (note u can add green chillie paste instead of red chillie powder it tastes awesome ) 
take a small ball  out of this and place it in ur palm ,pat it into a small circle with  the help of ur other hand fingers
,in the meantime  switch on the stove and heat oil in a kdai,  deep fry these thattai and its ready !!
