Thair sadam (a) curd rice

Ingredients:

cooked rice - 1 cup
curd - 1 cup
grated ginger 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves crushed - 1/2 tsp
cashew nuts - 4 (split) (optional)
raisins - 4 -5 (optional)
salt to taste
a pinch of hing


for tadka
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds.


optional Ingredients
cucumber, mango, grapes ,anar ( u can use either 1 of these cut into small pieces and add it to the curd rice)

mix the rice with curd and mash it nicely. add grated ginger,cut green chillies,coriander leaves ,curry leaves,salt and hing, mix well, season it with mustard seeds. u can add cashew nuts ,raisins and any other optional ingredient as mentioned above. it does taste good without these too!!!!!!
