Neer moru..

we do this for ramanavami ..

 curd - 1 cup
water - 1 ltr
 dry ginger powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
hing - 1/4tsp
finely chopped green chillies- 1
curry leaves and coriander leaves 
 for tadka - mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp..


  churn the  curd to butter milk add enough water and all other ingredients,mix well,season some mustard seeds .. done  u r butter milk is ready.. healthy too!!!!!!
