Onion Uttapam

 Ingredients:

Dosa batter - 1 cup 
chopped onion - 1 cup

In a tava add very little oil and saute the onion till golden brown add a  pinch of salt to it.


now pour a  small katori full of dosa batter in a  tava  dont spred it ,simmer the stove and sprinkle some  fried onion to it,add lil oil and cook on both sides till done ,serve hot with chutney or podi.
