veg stir fry - desi cum chinese way

Ingredients

onion - 1
tomato- 1
carrot- 1
beans 4-5
baby corn 4-5
capsicum - 1/2 (any or all colours of yellow,green and red)
u can also add cabbage and peas, cauliflower(i was running out of stock and didn't add)
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
soy sauce - 1/4tsp
tomato sauce - 1 tsp

dice all the veggies to same size or slice it into same length.
now in a kadai add 1 tsp of oil ,then add ginger garlic paste ,add onion and fry for 1 mt
then add capsicum and fry for another 1 mt,in the meantime cook carrot and beans separately (just half -cook)that's enough,now mix the carrot and beans to the pan,now add tomato's and stir fry it,add salt,pepper powder and soy sauce ,mix well and finally add tomato sauce and saute it for a mt and your veg stir fry is ready to be served.
