Instant pepper puliyodharai

Ingredients:

cooked rice - 1 cup

grind together :
 lemon sized tamarind soaked in 1/2 cup of water  for 10mts
pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
thuvar dhal - 1/2 tsp
red chillies - 4 or 5 

for seasoning
ground nuts - 1 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
chenna dhal and urudh dhal - 1 tsp each
curry leaves
salt and hing.
gingely oil - 1 tablespoon

 
 spread the cooked rice in a plate and bring it to room temperature

make the paste of tamarind  with other ingredients mentioned under " grind together".
in a kadai 
add gingely oil  .season it with mustard seeds,urudh dhal,chenna dhal, let it turn golden brown add hing ,currly leaves add the ground paste and cook till oil leaves the side add salt . now mix this paste with the cooked and cooled rice . ur instant mulagu puliyodharai is ready..serve it with some papad .

Enna rice use panre? ponni ya. It is so well separated, or you just keep less than 1:2 water? looks yummy... and simple.
