Aloo Palak

 all u need:

 palak  - 3 bunches
onion- 1 big
tomato - 1 medium size
ginger - 1 inch garlic - 4 pods
green chillies - 3 
aloo - boiled and skin peeled and diced - 1 cup 
dhaniya powder - 3/4 spoon
chillie powder - 1/2  -  1 spoon based on u r spice level or even less
jeera powder - 1 spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4  tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp 
 oil - 1 tbsp



 in a pan add oil ,let it heat a little then add ginger ,garlic fry for few seconds then add green chilies and then onion fry till it turns golden brown add tomato and fry for another 1 minute then add all the masala powder and salt and fry for just few seconds add  washed cleaned palak and coriander leaves  then  add very little water fry  it till  it is cooked . cool and grind to paste .. 

 in a kadai add this past and diced aloo and  simmer stove and close the lid for 5mts .. ur aloo palak is ready....



 serve hot with phulka or roti or paratha...
