palak panner

Ingredients :

 palak - 4 bunches
onion - 2
tomato - 2
ginger 1 inch 
garlic pods - 4
green chillies- 2
red chillie powder - 1/2tsp
dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/4tsp
salt to taste
panner cut into cubes - 1 cup


wash and clean the palak,pressure cook for 3 whistles.
cut the onion and tomato into big cubes.
in a kadai add oil,when it turns hot, add ginger,garlic,green chillies saute for 1 mt then add onion and fry till it turns pinkish,add tomato and cook for another 2-3 mts.then add dhaniya powder,chillie powder and garam masala  ,mix well and switch off the stove. puree this along with the palak .now boil this puree add panner cubes and cook on low flame for 2-3mts and ur palak panner is ready!!!!!!!
